Is the word (steep) clear to you or do you want me to explain it with examples?
Would you like me to explain how to recognize a front upper arm that is well angled?
Would you like me to explain how to recognize a steep front upper arm?

How to recognize a good front upper arm quickle from first glance
1. Good angle
Imagine the vertical line that starts from ankle to elbow joint to top of shoulder blade
Then try to spot the point of furthest chest protrusion ( you can feel that point with your own fingers on a dog), here the arrow points to that point.

The longer the pink line the better is the front upper arm angle.

2 longer angle
Imagine the horizontal line that passes through the elbow joint
Spot the fore chest development protrusion point
See
The longer the pink line the longer the front upper arm
I will do for a steep front upper arm for comparison
