Blitzen,
scary?

You mean because we were talking about guns?
What?

BabyEagle,
No one's thinking about disarming Americans, it's about control.
You must except their idea of what we need or don't need.

As for as preventing mass killings, that means four or more at once I think, I'd say as sad as it sounds, probably not.
Nor will you ever stop terrorism.
This behavior is not new to man, they just want you to think it is.

We could do better, much better, schools need more funds, not budget cuts, where's all that funding going?

I wonder.

The same folks responsible for these highly toxic cancer causing eugenic experiments during the cold war are also responsible for the numerous and ongoing string of gladio style false flag staged attacks (micro-terrorism) like Sandy Hook, Aurora Colo, Sihk Temple in Wisc, etc.  they sprayed in my city during the early 1960's and saturated a local high school.  there was not one single child exposed in that high school that ever produced a live child.  they were all sterile as adults due to the spraying.  This came out in Energy Secretary Rachel O'leary's Hearings of such illegal DOD experiments while Bill Clinton was President.  He made an official apology to the victims for all these illegal experiments.  Who has done this and continues to run these illegal operations against the populace?  Answer:  the Secret Shadow Govt: http://www.bilderberg.org/secret.htm

So, yes the post by Leeshideaway about this illegal DOD spraying is an important link in this Sandy Point false flag attack on the Second Amendment to get the citizens guns.  It demosntrates the long term RICO crime pattern of the Secrets Shadow Govt.

No tyranny can fully evolve if the people remain armed and that is why the Secret Shadow Govt is pushing so hard and so fast to get the guns away from the sheeple.

Complete USG hypocrisy.  They are arming to the teeth but want to disarm the citizens, but why?  Connect the dots if you can.

Folks, these are real full auto assault rifles (machine guns) and are legal and required in Switzerland, where the people are expected to protect their own country.

Ahhh Preston,

The Swiss don't have an army they have a militia instead so most of their men are taught how to defend their country in a citizen militia. How does that relate to America who has the best army in the world? And BTW, a little research shows Switzerland does not have the lowest CRIME RATE in the world.

BE,

No one is advocating the the complete disarming of Americans but instead advocating stricter control over guns that can kill many people very quickly. If this gut was armed with a handgun I don't think he could have murdered this many people that quickly. Whatever, put more guns on the streets and these types of mass killing will increase. If more guns are the answer then how come these types of killing haven't dropped in numbers? Why do they actually appear to be increasing?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_politics_in_Switzerland

Gun politics in Switzerland are unique in Europe. Switzerland does not have a standing army, instead opting for a peoples' militia for its national defense. The vast majority of men between the ages of 20 and 30 are conscripted into the militia and undergo military training, including weapons training. The personal weapons of the militia are kept at home as part of the military obligations; Switzerland thus has one of the highest militia gun ownership rates in the world.[1] In recent times political opposition has expressed a desire for tighter gun regulations.[2] A referendum in February 2011 rejected stricter gun control.[3]

Carrying guns

To carry firearms in public or outdoors (and for an individual who is a member of the militia carrying a firearm other than his Army-issue personal weapons off-duty), a person must have a Waffentragschein (gun carrying permit), which in most cases is issued only to private citizens working in occupations such as security.

It is, however, quite common to see a person serving military service to be en route with his rifle.

Conditions for getting a Carrying Permit

There are three conditions:

  • fulfilling the conditions for buying a permit (see section below)
  • stating plausibly the need to carry firearms to protect oneself, other people, or real property from a specified danger
  • passing an examination proving both weapon handling skills and knowledge regarding lawful use of the weapon

The carrying permit remains valid for a term of five years (unless otherwise surrendered or revoked), and applies only to the type of firearm for which the permit was issued. Additional constraints may be invoked to modify any specific permit. Neither hunters nor game wardens require a carrying permit

Scary Blitzen?

No what is scary is when people of a particular political affiliation insisted that many of the people locked up in Mental Wards across the country be set free. Remember the “they have rights” chant.

Attention moon bats and rabid jackasses, you are now free to move about the country.

It’s not these peoples’ fault that they are complete nutcases; nope it’s those so called assault weapons.

Tax the RICH, it’s their fault also.

I'm on pins and needles, the NRA is going to speak about how they can help solve the problem.

http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/OTUS/nra-offer-meaningful-contributions-preventing-gun-violence/story?id=18030799#.UNRmim_hqRY

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg has said the NRA is partially to blame for the tragedy.

"We're not trying to take away your right to advance the interests of gun owners, hunters, people who want to protect themselves," Bloomberg told "Nightline" anchor Cynthia McFadden in an interview Thursday. "But that's not an absolute right to encourage behavior which causes things like Connecticut. In fact, Connecticut is because of some of their actions."

Stunning "press conference", wasn't it? Maybe "Meet the Press" will be more informative on Sunday.
