EDITED I summise that OGBS was refering to my post if so then i was misinformed
so i have changed my posting,
Has Wade been offered another Puppy free and him to pay the Freight Charge of the new Pup, and also he can also keep the Pup he has already

Where was it stated that he could keep the other pup, I think the warranty says we might let you keep the original pup. I don't think thats the case here since Hans offered to buy the pup.

did you pay for this dog? it is not what you perceive wade should have known. it is what wade paid for and thought he was getting. it is his money not yours and your perceptions really don't matter. it is not your dog, kennel or money. what is your stake in this? he feels he was taken and that is what matters, not what you feel he should have known. he feels betrayed by his friend and i really can't see why you feel differently, since it is really not your dog, problem, business or friendship. 

if you order a pair of levis and a pair of wranglers shows up and someone tries to convince you that because it is a pair of jeans it is okay and you should just keep them, no matter that you paid for levis and wanted levis. i order pizza hut and little caesars shows up, so since it is pizza i should be happy and eat? mind numbing for you to even suggest that wade should be happy and the name does not matter.

Wade comes on this web site to cry about his issue with this dog and now you are asking someone to not have an opinion because it differs from the one who is whining???
That is what this web forum is (and all other web forums).
 Web forums are a place for people for to express opinions based on what others have chosen to write. 

If Hans offered to buy the pup that is between Wade and Hans and has nothing to do with his contract with Jinopo. It sounds like Hans was trying to help, but, he does not have to. 
Do you really think that Jiri is going to have Wade send the pup back to him???

How about if those Wrangler jeans show up and you wear them for five months?
Do you have any re-course after this amount of time because you weren't smart enough to look at the label on the jeans?

How about if the you order a pizza from Pizza Hut and one shows up from Little Caesars and you eat it, but, five months later you decide to look at the pizza box and see it came from Little Caesars do you have any re-course??

Really' So if i come to you to buy a Puppy from one of your Males and i pay the price you ask Plus Shipping costs etc then it is okay for you to send me a Puppy BRED by another breeder but your Male as the father of the Pup and you do not have to tell me anything, Is that the way you do business in life. Do you not think i should be told before i pay what you intend to do and then i have the chance to agree or not
Clearly with a lot of you Guys over in the USA you want one thing for yourselves regards Contracts from this side of the Water and different if you do the dealing yourself OR are you just Sucking up to this Kennel, Some of you are not as straight as you make out to be and some on here seem to lack ethices as well I will let you Hypocrites carry on with the Crap you put out

Again, why does it need to be pointed out that Jinopo is not a kennel, but, a business that sells pups and dogs from any kennel in the Czech Republic and Slovakia that they choose to sell. Wade, being the great friend and business associate he says he is, should know this. He chose the pup to buy based on the parents of that litter. No one forced him to buy this puppy and if he was so concerned about a kennel name he should have checked in to that, again, knowing that Jinopo is not a kennel, but, a dog selling business. Is this really so difficult to understand???
Was he ever promised a pup with the name Jirkova Dvora, Jipo Me, or Blatenskeho  Zamku. If he was then he has a right to be upset. Short of that he has nothing!
He chose the pup. He didn't do his homework or it did not matter until it came time to sell this pup and now he feels that he can't get the same amount of money for the pup. TOUGH SHIT!!!!

Hans even offered to buy the pup for $2000. I'd take that in a heartbeat for a 7 month old pup with an ear problem. Does he think that he is ever going to get more money for it regardless of kennel name?????

As to the people associated with the kennel, I have ZERO INTEREST in ever owning a puppy or dog from them and do not know them. Furthermore, in no way will you ever find me kissing their ass or anyone else's, unless in the privacy of my own bedroom and at this point she better have a decent amount of money to go along with that ass!

OGBS:   Be sure you get a contract and a HEALTH certificate FIRST........
