"In the woods I train them to stick around by walking with them every day. They must be very small, 8 weeks or 9 when ou start this."
If you have wolves, coyotes or foxes in your area or if other dogs frequent those same wooded areas, this is bad advice unless you're trying to expose your pups to parvo.

"Was not her, the dog they had found was scanned for a chip and she had none. DANG IT!!!!!"
Go see her! I lost a dog once. A beagle. Found him when I went to see a found dog advertised as "old dog, white feet." This was for a black, tan, and white beagle, but "old dog, white feet" was the only description. I called and asked if it was a beagle. Was told no. Was it a hound dog? Didn't think so. These people had no clue, but they were kind enough to put water out for the lost dog and call it in to the humane society, and thanks to them my dog came safely home. And now they know what a beagle is - they thought it was something completely different (LOL). But I was determined to leave no stone unturned so I went to take a look and I'm so glad I did!

I agree too, go take a look at this dog for yourself, or have them send you a picture at least....

I have tried to get him to give me a location to come see her and he flat out refuses, I ask him to send me a picture and he refuses. The police say there is nothing they can do. The humane society says they scanned it and it had no chip and they don't have the time to rescan!!!!!!!! I have no effin' help from anybody!!! I don't know what else to do. The reason he won't let me see her or send a picture is because, here is the e-mail he sent me back.
wont post a pic because people will call and say she is mine. I you lost youre dog you know what it looks like and what kind of collar she was wearing

What a load of shiat!!! Nothing but a common dog thief. Collars can be taken off!!!!!! This guy is a real piece of work. If anyone has any ideas that might help, go for it.
