Right and humans can and are brainwashed into believing things that aren't based in fact. You are human and in being human you should realize that virgin births do not happen.

Avoidance? LMFAO, not quite, that was the sound of the hammer hitting the nail on its head, dead center. Your avoidance of rational thinking and having to "win" are, at the very least, quite amusing. What's even more amusing is your 24/7 presence here, along with your complaints of being here and being bored, yet you can't tear yourself away.

The entire point here is that, if this is what YOU believe, based on what YOU consider sufficient evidence, there's nothing at all wrong with that, of course! But you can't twist it into something it's not to assert it as fact, that would require extraordinary evidence, because YOU are the one making an extraordinary claim. If you believe that and choose to live your life accordingly, no harm, no foul, have at it, until and unless you attempt to force others to accept it and live accordingly.

But if you want to bring it up and debate it with others, who need evidence in order to even consider your claims as having any validity, you're going to have to do a lot better than that, along with jumping down from you high horse and treating others' opinions with a modicum of respect.

Damn. Next time I leave for a while I'll have to figure out a way to keep the lights on.

@GSD and Joan, give me a few minutes. I'll get back to ya. I'm hungry and I think I'll post better on a full stomach.

@GSD... Technical problem.... everytime I click on "enable editor" it just disappears on me! Is this a site thing or my own computer thing?

So, you said, "Right and humans can and are brainwashed into believing things that aren't based in fact. You are human and in being human you should realize that virgin births do not happen."

I do agree that virgin births do not just happen. The only one I do believe in, had the intervention of a divine miracle. I am not expecting any other virgin birth miracles, ever, either. I am pretty sure that only one was required and it has been satisfied. Like I said, I am not an expert on scripture, so I'd be happy to be instructed properly if my conclusion is going off into left field or something.

When last we spoke of miracles, you said you had one, but at the same time negated that claim by saying it was your actions and dumb luck that helped you to survive. So, technically, one can't have both ways of thinking!

I also think the difference between your claim of a miracle, which is really just dumb luck using your own definition, and my claim of miracles being answerd, is that I actually prayed for mine. Did you call out for God's help while your accident was happening? Just curious?

If you call out God eventually you may just be lucky. Because you prayed to a Non existant being does not mean your prayer was answered, could've just dumb luck.
