I for one, haven't seen  an instance where Wade exploded before, but I can not disagree with what you say if it is so.

Why did Wade not take the offer to sell the pup back?  When this breeder buys a dog back, does the buyer have to pay the shipping again?

Also, was MIA indeed Vickie?!  How did she manage to sneak back on here?  If it was, she has balls saying anything.

I could be wrong but I am going off what was posted on Hans' forum and on this thread by Wade & Hans.

I don't know why Wade didn't sell it back to Hans for $2,000.  Maybe he felt the offer was too low since he said he put a lot of money into the dog.  He said the ear is messed up and last name isn't z Jirkova Dvora so it will be hard to get rid of the dog. 

The breeder (Jinopo) doesn't buy back the pup.  They will provide a replacement  based on if the ear problem is genetic or congenital.  The warranty on their website states that shipping to & from Jinopo is at the buyers expense.  They also state that they may let the buyer keep the original pup.

Yeah I heard MIA is Vickie....not even going there in this thread but we are thinking the samething RS.

If I am correct Wade has built his kennel on dogs from Eurosport.  Not that it makes much of a difference.

Ear does look floppy This would be my beef. You may better off with the current kennel name that the pup comes from in the long run.  The ear would be why I would not want him especially after having the $4000 in a pup  WOW...be careful of overprice brokers and their over priced pups. Are the parents even titled I mean more than Zvv 1 or whatever those dogs get I notice on the website you got him from most of the dogs do not have titles listed

when i buy a dog i from a kennel,unless i was told otherwise(europ-sport did) i expect a dog bred by those people and carry proudly their kennel name. not sell adog from someones elses breeding.
 my intent was to breed the dog after he was of age and checked out,hips stc. i wanted the jinipo name. teh kennel name sells dogs.
those of you that don-t breed but buy, always look who is in this breeding.

  now that i have to sell my dogs it became more importent.
try to sell a dog with a curled in ear. some of you don't understand that the ear is up but curled to the outside as if a curling iron was put on it.

when i was looking at the litter i asked hans about it telling him i was interested in one of the jinipo pups from this litter. he did volunteer to help me through this deal as he said they did't speak good english. he had mentioned that before about jeri.
he did tell me i could return the dog at my expense and get another pup. the cost woud not add up .
now i have a pup with a curled ear that i am trying to sale. hans asked me what i was looking to get out of the dog and i told him and he said he would try and sell the dog too.never did he say he would buy the dog back
deb is stating a baldface lie. as i said i am not going to argue with hans over this any more
another fact is you don't have to regerster a dog under fci rules in the bitches name. if you are the breeder, regardless whose in ownership of said bitch. the pups are regerstered in said kennels name as was in this case.
jinipo did not breed this pup, the other kennel did. I WANTED A PUP BRED BY JERI WITH HIS DOGS AND I THOUGHT  I DID.

  the name sells and if you need examples you are blind.   to think that if all else titles, health and temperament are the same that a person would buy a lesser know name is ludicrous. open your eyes people and wipe the brown off.
