Hey good morning.
Just wandering if anyone has notice that lots of female has gotten into their heat with no success. So far I have not have that problem. May be food or supplementation may change things.
When I said some I mean about 8 females from 3 different breeder out of 9 or 10. Me and another breeder who feed the same have been excellent so far. Just looking for opinions or any thing you have heard of.thanks in advance.

Could be flea preventatives. Bravecto is a problem for fertility and birth defects.
I was advised to stick with FrontlinePlus. Don't know about any of the others. Don't know about heartworm preventatives, either.
Maybe stress. Besides all of the usual sources of stress, with all the stuff going on with COVID19, the bitch could be picking up on owner/breeder stress or changes in routines, etc. Sometimes, bitches won't conceive in a strange place, especially without a familiar person there, so if she was shipped instead of taken to the stud, maybe no puppies. Use of frozen semen may or may not be an issue, depending on who one talks to. With COVID19, I suspect there's more of this going on, especially if international border crossing is involved.
Might be chemicals in shampoos, etc. used on dogs, to clean the home or kennel, sanitizers, or yard and garden pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers.
And finally, perhaps if there are any changes in vaccine formulations.
Of course, it could be the males' fault LOL

I would do a FT4 Thyroid test if your dam or sire is having fertility problems as Thyroid problems can mess with fertility.

It's not likely this issue has anything to do with diet anyway; as long as you are feeding a veterinary recommended food, your dog is not likely malnourished or deficient in any necessary vitamins. (Unless they are just too skinny, which is also a trend these days, so verify the dog is getting enough food.)
A fertility vet is your best bet; they will likely do the above-suggested tests as well as have other ideas.
