Do you know if frozen semen can be shipped overseas from Czech to the US and what the chance of success would be? And if the pups could be registered with AKC?

Don't know about dogs but shipping semen horses and livestock is done all the time.  Good success especially if you live near the incoming airport.

No idea about AKC rules I would call them.

Shipping could be costly as it is expediated.

Yes, but ask the shipper if he’s willing. You will need to set up an account with a veterinarian with the capabilities to store it ....and inseminate your female when ready. Call the akc for registration questions, you’ll need the stud’s pedigree.

Which AKC litter registration form would I use? The one for using frozen semen (https://images.akc.org/pdf/frozsem.pdf) requires AKC registration number from the male, but the male would only be CMKU registered as far as I know. Thank you for your answers. :)

Also, does the female need to be surgically inseminated for this?
