Picking up my new pup at Boston Logan airport, he is flying in from Europe at 8pm.. does that mean we can’t get him until the next morning? What is the procedure for Logan and getting a dog from Europe? Heard we had to drive to southie than back to airport? Anyone know? The last dog we got flew into Manchester Nh and it was a breeze.

Best thing is call the airline itself and ask, you will have a better chance of getting the correct up to date information.  They will even help you with directions to where to pup will be.

Why not ask the shipper all the specifics?
They should have sent you all the paper work so you could go to customs ahead of the arrival and have the pup cleared before he even gets off the plane.
The only thing you can hope for is to be able to track him down through the carrier and if you don't have the information on the cargo ( pup) then good luck finding him.
