Breeding rights?

You can not actually request breeding rights for a dog, that is a contract between you and the dogs owner. But you can ask for Edit rights on PDB.
Go to the dogs pedigree.
Click on the green section that says EDIT xxx
Then click on
Click here to request edit rights for xxx
State your reason: for example: that you want to add a picture
Then within 24 hours an admin will approve your request
