I am in AU, link please.

I will personally take it to the police, we have a rather good internet fraud squad.

I am happy to purchase products to get evidence of fraud.

I have been buying Heartland Plus from Best Value Pet Supply for about 6 years and have never had a problem. Did they recently change ownership? The last order I did was probably 3 months ago.

Yeah, some hard evidence will be good if I am going to lodge a formal statement of fraud on behalf of a third party to my po.

I don't want to look like an even bigger dick-head to my cops.

I use to order from them a lot, but last time I tried to log onto their website to order it appears they are out of business. Maybe they got shut down?!

I now use Petsupplyexpress.com

vk4gsd, their Facebook page is full of complaints from people who ordered from this company and either haven't received anything, or what they received was spoiled or the wrong product. It appears they changed their web URL, too...it's now http://bestvaluepetsupplies.biz

That said, I can't imagine purchasing prescription products over-the-counter from some guy outside the US--if he's not requiring a valid prescription, as the law requires for these, what makes you think he's going to follow the law and send you the actual product you ordered?

And what makes you think that any of the manufacturers of these prescription products are going to lift one finger to assist anyone who purchased alleged products via that route?

And if/when your pet becomes ill or dies because you've been under-, over- or not even dosing them with these products, what recourse do you expect you'll have? Will what you've saved on the products have been worth it?

To the OP with the 38 rescue animals, I get the need to economize as much as possible, but you'd be better off touching base with some of the folks who run large packs of hounds or hog dogs, and talking to them about what large animal products can be used with some margin of safety in dogs and can be purchased OTC in the US--at least you will know you're getting what you're paying for that way.

Didn't realise they are selling prescription drugs without a prescription. I doubt the law will protect you in that case.

Sounds like Silk Road for pets.
