I am wondering how many people use adblock on this site? I don't care what kind so lets not discuss what you use. I would just like a simple yes or no answer. I will explain in a later thread why I am asking this. Please lets not discuss adblocking on this thread and if you feel the need to don't be surprised if your comment is removed.

Sometimes.
I only turn it on when the companies figure out new ways to annoy me. Otherwise, as long as videos don't autoplay, I don't use the tool.

I think my security service blocks some ads automatically. I do not turn anything more on deliberately.

I don't but the ad on the left side of the screen, the one that plays a video, often won't load, and if it hangs up, the whole site hangs up. I have Windows 7, and apparently it's a W7 or Internet Explorer issue, as browsing with Firefox avoids the problem.

Yes, I do... it's the video ads that were causing a problem most of the time. Windows Defender was also getting activated and blocking malware when loading the site, more then likely from the video ads. After installing an ad blocker, no more issues.

I don't block the ads, they are not obnoxious as they are on other sites.
