So far Balo(Baudin vom Springhaus) has not destroyed this new heavy reinforced resin ball. WOBBLE WAG GIGGLE is the name and I found it at Wal Mart in the As seen on Tv isle. Time will tell if it lasts.

At 5 months old he is a very dominant ball prey driven pup.   His kong ball is so far his favorite but this new NOISEY rolling ball is facinating him..

Thought I would share this for all to see

It looks very durable compared with soo many out on the market today

The hole you see is one of 5 where the noises come out...He can carry it and has a good time trying to figure out why it makes funny noises.. Not sure how long it will work .. Will update the durability .

I so-o-o empathise with the difficulties of finding an indestructible ball
for a dog who has obsessional 'ball drive' AND is a chewer !!! Nice
one - I'll have to look out for this toy in Asda, for my next dog - just in
case ! Was it expensive ?

Don't bother! I bought a giggle ball for my crazy, ball-obsessed puppy. It was expensive, and lasted less than a week! Sad Smile Here's what happened to a black Kong:

The only toys that have lasted any length of time are the Bad Cuz toys and a solid rubber ball with no holes in it. Even with the Bad cuz.... New:

After a few months:

She's 8 years old now, and though her toys last longer than when she was a pup, she still destroys them pretty quickly!

Don't hate me or my dogs. My GSD's have never destroyed one toy.

Balo is looking good. Tell his mother I said so.

If you have a dog that's a really heavy chewer, the solid rubber Kong balls are a good idea. Make sure it's big enough that it's not going to be a choking hazard, though! The one drawback is they are quite heavy, and therefore aren't very good for indoor play. They can damage things, and they make quite a racket when dropped on the floor late at night! Here's Star waking up after falling asleep with the ball in her mouth...

THE WOBBLE WAG GIGGLE was 14.97 at Wal Mart.

My boy Blaize chewed up one night, while I was asleep in my chair, the Water Kong on a rope and died the next morning.

Liver Failure is caused when the object the dog swallows wont digest and it blocks all functions inside your dog.

I learned the hard way..Heart break Hotel

Balo has not chewed up anything but Milk Cartons and we take them away immediately when he starts.

He crunches water bottles and we remove.

Kong ball is the only toy we have ever had much luck with. We do not leave any toy in his crate . All toys are really work tools so he gets a bone to chew not the toys.  He is quick so you cannot take an eye off him .

Right now he is getting his quickness for attack promoted with a Flirt Pole and a Pot Scrubber attached to it.

Balo stays busy all the waking hours with a ball, a stick or anything he can carry, like his dad who is a SARS gsd.

Here is Balo this morning with his red kong ball..Gonna have to buy the bigger one very soon.

Thanks Blitzen, will do. He is filling out nicely, ears are up and he is appropriate in size despite his HIGH food Drive.

Sunsilver:  I called the company who made the Wobble Wag and they told me to take it back if it falls apart and get another one.  OK so I guess everytime it fails, I will Wag it back to wal mart.

ITS still in one piece as of this minute.

Blitzen:  Mom said , Here is a side view of the growing boy.  (with his Kong ball)
