Grats!! Great job... all the hard work and dedication payed off big time.

As for people making comments like that... they can eat their words!..lol.  People like that really irritate me . People should be supportive of each other and not so negative. At least you are out there working and spending time with your dog and having fun....  and not leaving the dog in a kennel or backyard and forgotten.

I had someone make the comment about my showiline male before we did our BH. This person told me i would never pass the BH because I did not put and pinch collar and E-collar on him when training in OB (or protection for that mater too). I was told than my OB would not be reliable without using those collars. I only ever used a fur saver on Aiko. Well I passed my BH and that person FAILED...lol. The judge made the comment about how happy and upbeat and correct OB Aiko had during his Bh.

My ASL AKC CH earned her BH and her AD, etc. One of the few to ever to that. What do you think I heard about her? Did I care? What do you think since most of the criticism came from owners of untitled dogs? Whenever any GSD does well it benefits the entire breed. Kudos to Eve from an AKC ASL owner.

She was only used as a brood bitch. Nothing was done with her. We have since started her on a rag and puppy pillow and she is showing lots of potential. 

She does have some fight in her. This is the first time we presented her with a flirt pole.

Congratulations, Dyrewolf...you put the time in to build the relationship with your bitch, and into the training as well, and you've earned the right to thumb your nose at anyone who said it wouldn't happen.

I'm with Koots in encouraging you to take her all the way to her IPO3, given the judge's commentary regarding your girl's strength--too few people are willing to put the additional time into training with a bitch to get all three titles, they'd rather rush her into the whelping box as soon as they've locked up that first title. It says alot about a bitch that gets to go for her IPO3, and it says alot about her handler to want to show that their female is just as strong as the boys. Hope you go for it with Eve!

Hutchins - I got to meet Perla and she is/was a nice dog, lots of drive and if I remember correctly alot of defense.  I am excited for you to see what Grace will do!!!  We should definitely keep in touch!
