The AKC standard considers missing teeth other than P1 a serious fault. I don't think too many dogs finish with missing teeth.

I can register a dog with the UScA Registry as a puppy and not title it, not do hip/elbow x-rays and not do a breed survey and still breed it.  So Kim how does the UScA breed registry enforce those things?

As Blitzen has said the responsibility to breed sound dogs lies with the breeder.  Believe me, every dog registered by the SV and bred in Germany that "quote" met all of the standards are not breed worthy!!!

but they can still be used for breeding!
