My question is how could a person who has been in the US illegally for the past 26 months hold the position of a Regional Director and now National Training Director while multiple WDA Board members knew of his status. The GSDCA-WDA by laws state that to run for office a person must be a resident of the US. In my opinion a person here illegally does not qualify as a resident. I would also wonder what opinion the IRS would have of a not for profit organization having an illegal alien on it's Board?

GSDObserver .. Opinions are like a$$h$$$s .. everybody has one. The GSDCA-WDA obviously knows all of this and allowed him to run and hold office and it is the GSDCA-WDA's opinion that counts not yours. If you are a member of the GSDCA-WDA complain to them .. otherwise STFU or call the immigaration services and turn him in .. but I would guess you have already been there and done that to no avail. If he is "illegal" then that is a topic for him and the INS but I would give another observation that he is not "illegal" and the GSDCA-WDA already checked that out long ago. Look in the dictionary under the word resident!!

I seriously cannot believe that anyone thinks it's any of their business. I've met Thomas but don't know him, don't know Sally, and quite frankly don't see how this addresses any of the things currently affecting our breed or our sport.
