Odd, I can't see my reply.. I'll try this again haha..
I don't believe this is a purebred, or if it is, its from a bad breeding(backyard breeder prehaps, or an "accident"). I'm not an expert though :) are they all littermates?

nope, not purebred...the color is possible, but highly unlikely in GSDs (and would come from an off-color or byb breeding) but what really tells me that they aren't purebred is the shape/structure of the heads and overall body, if there is GSD in there then the influence isn't very strong.

I agree. Too much white on the pup. If the other pups are from the same litter, they look more like yellow labs than GSDs.
However, it is NOT uncommon for GSDs to have a sable spot over each eye.

Seriously doubt any pure breeding in those pups at all. And lots of breeds carry the black body and tan points. Heck they could be Shib Inu mixed pups.
And Sunsliver is right, lost of the tan pointed dogs carry the eyebrow dots.
