Trixx  I just posted his website and a picture of the puppy.... didnt think it was going to post but it did!!!    Can someone PLEASE tell me how I get her DNA checked?  I do have her AKC paperwork that shows the lines he claims she comes from,  but I dont know if there are enough dogs in her pedigree that have been DNA verified close enough to her generation to have her tested to see if she matches up?  I know I am asking a lot, but if this has been going on for some time,  and even if this is the first time he has ever done this..... something needs to be done about it asap!!!

Both of her parents have pedigrees on the database,  his website has links that take you right to them.  I am just wondering who to submit the puppy's DNA to in order to verify if she is from the lines he claims her to be from. I just thought if someone could look at her parents on his website they might have an opinion if she could even be their pup!!

Opinion,
Yes She could be their pup. She looks like them and also looks nice.
The AKC probably has both parents DNA on file. you could ask them.

Do you think they would have been DNA'd since they werent even xrayed before they were bred?  Or do you mean the AKC might have the last dogs in her pedigree that was DNA'd?  I just had a thought,  If I called AKC could I ask them to go through her pedigree and tell me what the last dog in it to be DNA'd is?  This might be obvious... but I have never had to do anything like this, plus I am so frustrated right now that I am thinking a million miles a minute!!  Thanks everyone, seriously, you have been so much help!!

Anyone, please ?????   This is really so important to me to stop this breeder from doing this to someone else!!!

AKC DNA's males that have been breed at least 5 times - the females aren't DNA'd..........

Why are you freaking out - you bought a dog from a unknown breeder.  Did you visit any clubs around before you bought this pup?   How did you hear about this man?   How did you decide to purchase your pup.    I have  friends or have that have friends that breed in Alabama -not to mention Georgia has some great breeders.    did you do your research?

Instead of trying to figure out who your pup is - why not take some steps to train and leave it be.   You might not ever figure out what you want to know - but start training and be around German Shepherd people - you might find you learn more on your lines than doing DNA tests.

Not picking on you - just curious since you are in my neck of the woods.
