OK so I just bought a bottle of Toltrazuril to try on my new litter of puppies. This is a 5% solution. For those of you who have used it, can you tell me the dosage for GSD pups? Thanks in advance>

Everything I have read says .2ml per lb. That's the dosage rate I use in my bulldogs.

thanks for replying, I've read a previous thread here that its supposed to be 0.1ml/pound if you're using the 5% solution though?

I googled dosage and came up w/ .2ml per lb a number of times..some said 4.4 per 2lbs. I used it in my last two litters with good success.
This is the one I use:

I've also read 0.1 per pound one time a day for three days. How many days are you dosing the 0.2 per pound?
by midgie1007 on 25 June 2013 - 14:06
I do one dose at 3 weeks, 5 weeks and 7 weeks.

Ok, cool. So you had positive fecals before for coccidia and now they've been clear with this method of dosing?

It's a preventative dosage. If they have coccidia, you treat multiple days.
