Sure is nice to see so many dogs coming out.
Would be better if they didn't go in, in the first place.
I can't understand why people that, for what ever reason, can't keep their dogs any longer, can't or won't, at least take the time to find new homes for their dogs.
I guess "some people" just flat out suck !
