Show infos on pedigree - Page 1

I see some dogs have show infos on their page like this one  http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/dog.html?id=565791.

How I can do to have the same thing

These are German Sieger Show results and to my knowledge are not edited by members.
Eventually perhaps other shows can be added.
