NDAA is an unConstitutional law that gives the USG the "right" to arrest any US citizen inside the consinental USA that is deemed by any top official or second level official to staff to be helping Al Quada.  No warrant required, no attorney allowed, can be taken to an offshore black prison or prison ship for torture.  Most folks will admit anything after being repeatedly waterboarded, beat, subject to heat, cold, or starved. It doesn't get any more anti-America, anti-freedom and liberty than this.  Time for impeachment of Obama, and all judges and Congress-critters involved for this unConstitutional, illegal law which violates everything our Founding Fathers founght for to obtain freedom and liberty for us.  And don't think Romney would necessarilly be any better either (maybe but not for certain).

A courageous federal judge issued a permanent injenction in relation to a lawsuit by a top US Journalist Chris Hedges, but Obama found a corrupt appeals judge who over-ruled the order.  Please understand that top experts now admit that al Queda was actually started, financed and run by the CIA and is used like Nato used operation Gladio.  Doubt this, do a little deep research.

This is the key test for the US Constitution.  And we now have a completely unConstitutional, private mercenary army being assembled inside America (Homeland Security, the New American Gestapo). This new army is actually a trojan horse controlled by offshore banks which have no allegiance to America or the US Constitution. America has indeed been hijacked by foreign offshore banksters. This was tried in Iceland, but the people there rose up in mass and put it to a stop.

You are confused.  The Congress passes legislation, not a President.  Rant about the right people and set aside your anti-Obama rhetoric.

Apart from that, I agree with you that the NDAA is a huge threat to American freedoms.

These are your enemies: the 86 who voted for the NDAA in the Senate.  It won't do any good to cry foul to the major parties; both are guilty.  These anti-democracy creeps range from the Far Right (McConnell, the Republican pig from Kentucky) to the Far Left (Feinstein of California).

These are the only 6 Senators who are fighting for our freedoms.  These are the only six to vote against all versions of this bill, and the extension of the Patriot Act:
Harkin (D-IA)
Lee (R-UT)
Merkley (D-OR)
Paul (R-KY)
Sanders (I -VT)
Wyden(D-OR)

Three Democrats, two Republicans, one Independent.  Odd how the cause of freedom cuts across partisan lines -- but only small minorities care to protect us. Only Oregon has two freedom-defending Senators.

Good info.  Remember however, that Obama said he was against this NDAA bill, but signed it anyway.  Now he is pushing to make sure it continues full force and was responsible for bringing legalaction to over-rule the injunction.  That is grounds for his immediate impeachment due to the unConstitutionality of the law, not to mentyion his fraudulant use of a dead man's social security number, having received college loans as a foreign non-naturalized citizen under different foreign names.

And of course anyone voting for NDAA or even the Patriot Act should be impeached (if that can't happened folks need to un-elect them in the future).  The folks voting for these acts were either terribly misinformed, mindkontrolled, influenced, blackmailed, or are traitors. As one famous Representative once said publicly that they never read the bills until after we pass them because they are too long and complicated.
