Hi does anybody know what happened to Alk and Greg Mominee?? My female Yette (the bee sting & callus dog) is by Alk and he (they ) just seemed to disappear. Just curious, mostly if Alk is still alive.

Yes, Alk is still alive....and Greg is a hunting guide now....I spoke to him a month or so ago...

Wow! How old is Alk now? Yette is 9 years old. I think Alk was about 4 maybe older when he sired her...

Like to learn more about Alk's size, temperament, drive, etc. from personal first hand accounts. Where is Alk anyway? He is the great grand sire of my pup.

i have an Alk daughter..out of a Rex v Haus Iris daughter.. i bred to him in 1997.. he had won the dpo chps. for the third time ,, and was probably 6 7 yrs. old then... Alk is not a huge dog i believe 75 lbs. big head...unbelievable character..and working ability on the field and the street..i witnessed hhim coming off the field after doing hard bite work and little kids ran up to him and were all over him..
