Hi there,
I am really new to this website.
I have question needs knowledgeable people like members on this site help to answer.

I am really wondering how can I register GSD from kennel feetback(locates in serbia I think) with AKC ?

I did a research and found that kennel feetback is one of the few reputable breeder over serbia
but also found it seems to be very difficult to register dog imported from that area with AKC.

Anyone who knows how to register dog from feetback kennel or other breeder from the same area with AKC,
please help me on this question.

I registered one that was from croatia. I had to get an export pedigree from the croatian kennel club for the akc registration. All I did was email them and pay a small fee and was able to get one.

Hello! You should have received an export pedigree. If you received it, and the reigstry is on this page http://www.akc.org/rules/special_registry_services.cfm
then you can register your dog easily. If it isn't there is no way you can, unless the previous owner can send you an export pedigree that matches one of the ones on the website. Also, AKC doesn't take FCI. I got a female from Poland and a male from Macedonia, and I there were really no problems registering them because they both had the proper pedigrees. Hope this help!

Hi k9neiko and Elina5,

thank you guys so much for answering my question!

Too bad that Sebia is not on AKC'S list, it looks like if feetback kennel registered their sire and dam with one of the listed organizations
then I may register the pup with AKC as long as I have export pedigree from those listed organizations despite which country is the dog
originally from.

You are so helpful, everyone of you!

Thank again!!

I've imported 3 dogs recently from Serbia, and they came with FCI export pedigrees, and I had no problems at all registering them with AKC.
