  Hi GTOkitty,

You have a lovely working line dog and my critique of him is as follows :-

Above medium to large size, medium strong, grey dog of very good proportions.
Very good head, with good placement of the ears and very good expression.
He has a roman nose.He shows a very good reach of neck, High withers, a long firm back and a short steep croup.
He shows a distintive dip behind the withers on the topline.
He has good front angulation, with a very good lay of the shoulder blade,
but the upper arm is short and steep. The hind angulations could be better ,prefer a better turn of stifle.
He has a good depth of chest, but I prefer a better forechest and a sl. longer sturnem.
Standing he shows very good strait, clean fronts with good pasterns.

  Hope this helps?

The faults most prominent to me are
Shoulders could be laid back better
Short and steep upper arm
Short and steep croup
slightly short thigh bone (longer would improve the bend of the stifle)
Would like to see a plusher coat
prominent dip behind shoulder area in the back (lots of gaiting exercize can help improve this)

What I like about this dog
Nice dry look
Beautiful length of neck
appropriate depth of chest, ribs look nicely sprung
except for the dip in the back he has a very nice topline
nice underline too
good hocks and pasterns
Straight legs
I find his head pleasing

Overall the dog looks nicely put together, nothing awkward about his structure.  Since he's under 3 yrs old in the photos his body mass looks age appropriate.  Would like to see photos when he is older and filled out more.  This dog would probably do very well in UKC show ring, he should also be able to get an SG rating (depending upon his gaiting ability) under the right judge who likes working lines.
