To me they look very good with most of the ball nicely in the socket.

Right hip looks good, left is a bit loose. I'd say borderline to good, depending on the mood of the evaluator.

Another xray with the knees rotated inwardly would probably make the hips look deeper. I don't see any luxation. It wouldn't be worth it to me to have the dog xrayed again, but it could mean the difference between a fair and a good. Dog is not old enough for an OFA number anyway so will need to be done again. I think the SV would probably rate the dog fast normal.
