Who ever the people were that did this, it is sick and like I have said in another post, wish there was a machine that made the idiots feel the pain and fear of their victims......

Thank you moderator for removing the photo. Kalibeck, I too was horrified by the photo. The link to the Petition Site is a real link. The petition is up and active now; I just checked. It happened in Bosnia/Herzegovina. Be aware that the photo is on the petition and it's stomach turning and nightmare inducing. Scroll quickly past the photo and the petition is worth signing.
A petition might or might not do any good in a country like Bosnia, but it's better than doing nothing. They are still killing each other off over there for religious reasons. It just doesn't make the news much. Poor boy. I hope he's running around joyously in Heaven now.

Sick, Sick, Sick people, It made me so sad seeing this poor dog on the photo.
