I am trying to register my dog. He is by V Questo von Arminius. I put all info on the register a dog page and when I click submit, it says sorry neither parent is registered. Yet I can click on GSD search and Questo comes up. Can anyone help?

it still doesn't work. I copied and pasted in section eight on the registry just as Questo's name is in the database and it still comes up saying both parents not found. I give up. I've tried this over and over and it doesn't work.

thanks ryken1 and Tempelhoeve. I had to go back about 3 generations and start registering on the mothers grandmother then I got it from there. again thanks.
