Almost a year ago a aquired a male from Aaron Pickard from Indiana, USA. All the purshasing procedure were find until the moment a recieve the dog, Zero Von Der Zenteiche a sch 3. The dog in the e-mails's picture was not the same dog a had in front of me,and he dosen't even had a training for sch 3 as the emails said, plus he did not send the pedigree with the dog. After back and forth negotiation on the phone all this time he denied sending me a different dog from the picture and still today ,after a year, he had not send the pedigree. For the past three months he hasn't answer my phone calls and e-mails. If any one knows AAron Pickard or he himself read this message contact me. If any one have any question regarding what I am writing about please contact me, I have all the proves. Aaron Pickard I had been very patience about all this matter and you gave me not other than asking the world if any one knows you. My email : rodrigobarrientos@msn.com

Surely the dog is registered with the SV. Call them, and get the phone number for the Breeder. (There is no such thing as an unlisted phone number in Germany, as far as I know). Send the breeder a photo of the dog. Ask for Zero's tattoo number. Give him the tattoo number in the dog you have's ear for comparison. Ask him about the dog's sales history.. He will probably know the specifics. Few good breeders actually lose track of the dogs they breed over there. Most are sold (the first time, at least) to local sports-people they see fairly often. Its a small community. Word travels fast, especially word of a bad dog-deal Dimes to doughnuts you'll learn the dog.(IF it is INDEED the dog you thought you bought) has not been paid for and the owner refuses to relinquish the original Annentafel till he/she is paid in full. I don't know how much help avadavits from any of the above parties/organizations will help in a court of law in the states, but it can't hurt. Even if one never get the papers for a dog sold fruadulently one CAN have the wicked enjoyment of being able to post all pertinent documentation and details of fraudulent dealing online. Don't forget to place "Search" markers for all relevant names (seller's name, dog's name, seller's kennel name, address, etc.) on the relevent web pages. Wouldn't want anyone else to miss learning your important information/warnings when considering making a purchase from the same person who caused you so much grief. As long as its the truth, with strong supporting documentationit is NOT slander, defammation of character, OR impairing someone's ability to make an HONEST living in their chosen profession! Good luck.

Assuming the dog is an import, which I don't recall you saying, you can take the tattoo number from the right ear and do a search with whatever organization it was registered with(for example the SV)and they can give you the identity of the dog. If the dog was bred in the USA it may or may not have a tattoo, and even if it does, I am not aware of any national registry that can take that number and give you an identity of the dog, 100%.

I know of two people who have been in two lawsuits with this man. I personally had a dealing with this man and had to have the sheriffs departmnent go to his door in Indiania. He is witholding money to the tune of 4,000 dollars of a friend of mine he got her money she did not recieve the dog. He will not return emails nor phone calls. He does not come up on any searches nor does Down Under canine accademy which he says he is the owner of. If you would like more information please feel free to contact me at jstraley@wyoming.com

I almost sold him a dog once.I was under impression that we were close to make a deal but he suddenly stop calling. I suffered no damage but he waisted a lot of my time.

Kenan, Consider yourself very lucky that you did not do business with this man. Myself and many others did and have had nothing but trouble. Thanks for the reply.

Interesting that one would put a SchH3 on a dog that has no a-stamp or OFA... Shelly, the SV will not give out personal information due to the German privacy laws. Just because you say you own the dog will not justify that.

The dog is listed in the OFA database as having OFA Fair hips. (the ad listed him as having OFA good hips and elbows - search the dogs name and you will find it) He is also listed as having (NOPI) No Permenant Identification (if he was born in Germany he should have an ear tattoo). He also is registered through the AKC (DL91089101). You should be able to contact them and get some information.

DH, my reply wasn't directed at your comment(just to clarify) I had searched the dogs name and found the add on this site that listed him as "OFA good" then went to the OFA site from there;-)

You need to get your facts straight! List your real name and telephone number, don't be an anonymous coward! I am in the process of collecting what is owed on the dog and be and the buyer are reaching an agreement...thanks for your two cents...whoever you are!!! DH!
