Seems to me people who worry about their dog's ears not standing seem to have the most trouble with them. I have a theory you might want to try; the less you worry about it the quicker they will come up. :)
On a serious note, I don't necessarily subscribe to the idea that there is anything you can do about it anyway. They will either come up or they won't. Taping and all that other garbage is a myth in my opinion.

My adult females get 3 cups total a day. I was giving my puppy less and he seemed not satisified so I began giving him more. He is not fat at all. His stools are small and he only goes twice a day so I figure most of the food is being absorbed. This morning one ear was back up again. My son has one of my puppies, a beautiful West German bred dog from imported parents. His ears do not stand. I know ears do not make the dog, because he is wonderful.... but how much better he would look!! And my son's dog says to me, you would look better if you lost some weight!

I have a friend who raises show boxers do ears for me as there seems to be a talent for taping that I dont have. Im sure others on here can help you on that. Try looking for old articles here to see what you can fine.
