awww...no way. That is just sick and sad on so many levels. To leave any animal languish like that, definitely has to have more than just one screw loose. I truly believe, there is a special place in hell for animal abusers/neglecters and those that enable them. Just tragic!

 I usually try to stay away from posts that show animal cruelty because they make so angry and sick at the same time.

As a horse lover this post was even more disgusting for me to view.

If she could not afford to feed them then why didn't she at least do the decent thing and put them down.

There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for this.

Dammit now I'm crying!!!!!
