I need help getting ahold of the owner.. These pictures where STOLEN and are being miss represented on Facebook as a dog at stud.

Go to the Flickr link. Unless that person stole them too, that is the owner of the photos and they have not given up any rights (including re-posting them on THIS site).
You can probably file a DMCA with Facebook without being the owner. Generally these work in favor of the person filing. I've done it several times with people stealing my photos to misrepresent their dogs (people I've never met). I just fill out the form and include the licks to the Flickr page with the "All Rights Reserved" license and Facebook has removed every photo for me.

Ok, it looks like they took the whole album. They also have this dog listed on Ebay classifides with other stolen pictures, and on here..
Should I take them down now ?? I just want to find the owner was all to let them know there pictures where taken.

It won't let me, unless I am the photo owner.. I need the contact information for the Photo's owners.. This is NOT the first person that has had there pictures taken by this person. She has been warned before, and keeps stealing pictures and is trying to make money by lying about her dog.
