,I need help with my new gsd  fem puppy she growls at people when aproached  and other dogs

Where do you live? Where did you get the pup? How old is the pup? When did you get the pup? What kind of breeder did you buy the pup from in the first place? What kind of past experience do you have with a dog? When you say she growls at people, who are they? And how many? And what other dogs? We cannot try to help you without a lot more information about this situation.

 give her a correction on collar and loudly say NO. Did the dog undergo any training? Did he/she have any bad experience?. If no the dog may be temperamentally faulty/ unstable. With training you can control the urge of aggression but you will always have a time bomb on your hand.
