GSD enthususts in Delhi - Page 1

 Hello everyone!
Its been a while since I have scribbled a few lines here , as I feel  that the  swing of the posts  are moving in the wrong direction  and instead of building  up we are diminishing  the love for the GSD.
 
Personally I feel its time to move on and I have moved with a group of few out here in Delhi.
We love our dogs  more than we love our selves and we are committed to keeping the main thing as the main thing and that is our love for the German Shepherd dog.

So if you would like to post some thing about the dog and dog alone do so soon. 
Perhaps we can meet up, train our dogs together , brainstorm around how we can help one another with our advice and experience with the GSD.
Recently at the vet I came across a auto analyzer which can give you all the blood test results in a jiffy. (few minutes) Kudos to technology!

A group of people who get together and do schutzhund?

There are about 4-5 groups popping up out there. The first
I heard of you was from Glenn Salamanca and Felix Saguna.
I wondered if this was a remnant of Dean Calderon's old group.

You are like so many new groups forming all over the country.
Delhi has the makings for a little mecca with the right training,
I hope things go well for you and the other members. You are
in a very good location. The problem will be... bringing in people
to do clinics that can bring you closer to a real competitive role
here in the USA.... There is no cohesion nationally that I See,
but there is definitely growth.... Maybe things are exactly like
they should be. And in time Dog sport Mecca's will form.
I think this could happen in Delhi....Good luck and happy

This is great. Maybe u guys should rent a small place on Delhi outskirts and meet up as often as possible. Will it be very expensive? You can create permanent facilities for Sch, obedience and agility sports aprt from ring practice. It will be convenient and you can slowly build a club house etc. You will help change mindset and make GSD a sport. In Germany this is done successfully. You do not need to rent if a friend leases it to u.

We already have the place right in the heart of the city, and our plan is to get into Schutzhund, and obedience.
The place is ours to use for free but we might need to develop it a bit.
delhi guys we are in talks with various handlers including the guy who has been handling the great Nando now in Italy with his master.
Hope fully we can do a three city seminar what do you say?
