When i try to register my dog from the button "register a dog" an attention come "Sorry!
Neither parent was found in our database"
But i dont know the dam's parents. Can't i register my puppy??

You would need to find out who that dam's parents are in that case.
Do you not have a pedigree?

i can't reach the pedigree of dam.. But i wanna put my puppy in database
