My two GSDs love EVO. It is expensive though - about $48 for a 28 lb bag where I live. You can buy it in the regular sized bites or the large bites. I prefer the larger bites. I feed between 2-3 cups of food a day for my 2 house dogs. The person I buy my food from told me the recommended amounts seemed to be overstated on the bag. He feeds it to his 3 dogs as well. Perhaps, that is why my 4 year old female GSD went from 74 lbs to 84 lbs over a period of months? In the past I have had a lot of difficulty keeping weight on her so this is a change for me. Their coats look great and the stools are smaller in size as well. I think finding a good food is trial and error until you find something that works. Best of luck to you. Michele
