 Good Video Hamzaa,

The element of glamour which  the background music brings to any dog video definitely adds to it.

cheers

What i meant was that dogs should be kept and bred for a purpose. IMO dogs as domestic pets is not giving them a purpose.

Police dogs
Searxch dogs
Guide dogs
Herding dogs etc.

IMO should cetainly be allowed. They should be used as best as the human can.

Breeding should also be limited for a purpose and IMO breeding for show is not a purpose or as a pet either.

I personally dont have a dog for anyone who has asked.

Thinking pets have no purpose is the error of your thinking, then.

For most dogs including working dogs, being a pet and the love of the handler/owner is what drives most dogs to work for us. Being a pet is the happiest time in most dogs lives. Take a working dog leave him in a kennel and take him out only when time for training or work and you will most likely have a low drive animal.

What do you do with the pups that don't turn out to be good at working and are best t being pets?
I understand what you are saying but some pups in a litter may not have what it takes to work at a certain level no matter how selective you breed.
