Yes Slamdunc, I do.  It's everything she always wanted to say and more. Take a real good look and think about what bothered her most.

Well, I did notice that she has been here actively deleting her old posts.  She spent some time her over the weekend deleting a lot of her posts.  I'm not sure what bothered her most, so many things bothered her.

Moons, I agree with your post.

It is okay for your dogs manner when he Pees, but not in relation to the dominance shown towards the Female or in fact any other Dog or in fact humans Stop him now before it gets out of hand
By the Way You should be the DOMINANT one of your Dogs never the other way round
Yes, it sounds funny now with a Pup so young but in 6 to 12 months time you will not see the funny side of it

^5 on steve's comment.  while it's cute @ 3 months to see the lil guy bossing the other around, when he gets bigger, and thinks he's the boss of everyone and everything (inclucing you) it's not so cute.  I

No, it doesn't sound at all like Maggie.

I have a male dog that does all the same things, he may be dominant to other dogs, certainly not in the least to me or other humans.

OK got a lot of good advise and one kind of weird one.-GSDtravels,Gage is a rescue so no pedagree,i got him to be a pet. The rest of you Moons slamdunc Steve1 Are right, I am starting classes next week, reason i waited so long was he had the coccidia, my female does correct as do i.But it is like he is in a trance, like he is so focused on biting her leg (like not himself-monster pup) also someone said about guarding his toys yes he does but not with humans only my female dog, also with food we can put our fingers in his food, he sits before I even before put down his bowl. I do not think it is funny, that's why I posted on here, also I did not ask how to make him mean or bad a** Until classes what is the best way to correct him when he bites her?

LadyFrost

by LadyFrost on 21 September 2010 - 13:09

Have a lead on him for immediate correction...I personally don't even let dogs lick each other bowls after they are done..they all know which bowl is theirs and they are not allowed to come near someone elses bowl before or after food is served, also slower eaters are not as intimidated because other dogs give them space  ...i used to have to stand and wait till they all finish and make sure no one will push anyone out of the way, and now i don't have to worry about it..they eat and walk away out of eating area...so no dominance, no possession and no food inhaling.. treats are the same way..if one dog drops it and walks away others are not allowed to touch it (if i am not looking puppy usually tries to sneak it out of my view, but that gets corrected by removing the treat and giving it back to the intended dog)...food and toys control are the stepping stones of obedience and respectful boundaries within your animals and you...

It makes no matter so much as the Dog is with you now, it is but a baby yet it is still trying to dictate to another dog at its tender age as i said let it go on and see if when it is 12 months old then see if you are so happy about it
It is at a young age that things start Just the same with Young Children they do wilful things which make the Parents laugh but as they get older if they are allowed to get away with other things then it gets out of hand and a big problem to change it, So you stop this with your Pup whist it is young I never get the Problem of dogs eating out or licking others Bowls they are in separate pens and it would not be allowed anyway
As Lady frost said do not let it happen
However if you put it on here just to give the Guys a bit of a Laugh then here is one who is not joining in the laughing bit The Pup will grow and the habit will grow with him and Dogs being Dogs if you let them get away with one thing they will try something else to escalate it,  But its your Dog for you to do as you will

Slam "GDS travels  and lastly two moons ! I resent very much the accusation moons has made as well as you threes continuing efforts at slurring people! Actually it could be any of you threee posting under different names !the three of you are the loudest screamers about nasty remarks but are the most guilty of doing what you protest about! No I could not read this thread at ease with a cup of coffe witout  trashy comments and the dregs of life  screwing it up! If you want to flame people go to VM's site where it is welcome!
