Changing information (negatively) about dogs... - Page 1

This is just a post to let all of you know that the IP addresses related to comment sections and all pedigree/photo/name changes on ALL DOGS are being monitored very closely. If any changes are made that negatively impact any dog, know that Oli has all of this information on file, and can permanently ban that IP address from posting anything further on this board. I would HIGHLY suggest that if you have made an entry as stated above, that you change it back to the corrected version. Regards

I take it that this has happened on a couple of dogs, not just the one I'm thinking of? I noticed that there was another entry made that had the dog listed as before with the correct photo, but none of the comments...the old one had the Registration Number changed, name slightly changed, and picture changed yet it has all of the previous comments (good and bad) about the dog still on it.

I am very glad to see that this is closely being monitored. Thank you to the people that are keeping this data base up and running smoothly. I am sure that there are sick individuals out there that would do anything to try and fool around with the information that has been submitted by the owners of these wonderful animals. This is a very important and absolutely essential step. So much distortion is being carried out that the incredible worth of this resource base is being diminished. IPs concerned should definitely be monitored and banned when needed without delay. Thanks for keeping such a gem of a resource clean and viable.

This is a wonderful tool and is super useful to all GSD fans. Unfortunately, it is irratating when lies and misleading information is posted. When this is obvious to people who have seen the dogs, seen the magazine with trial results, breeding reports, seen the trials, I think that it is doing a service to report the truth. Howver, petty vindictiveness, name calling. rude nasty personal junk and threats should be cause for expulsion of the poster and their alternative IDs. Dave
