hi i have a bitch of streched proportions she was very tall and rangy the work that i gave her was road work half lead and pulling all the time on the lead walking not running i done this 4 times per week for about 3 months this tightened her up she droped in the hind quarters and went out to win 1st &2nds at championship show level hope this helps
