So, I think now that it is established that Schaferhunden is lying. He never posted the ad that he alleged I put up on this site to sell puppies. THAT is a lie! I have NEVER tried to sell puppies from this or any other website, except my own, some eleven years ago. I do not sell puppies to the public. I have no desire to sell puppies to the public, and I am "in business / partnership" with no one. I am not in the dog business. These are all facts. Any allegations to the contrary are lies!
I put up ONE ad to sell ONE adult female, accurately described, as a search / sniffer prospect, but I do regret doing it.. NO SERIOUS INQUIRIES.. I said, "NO SERIOUS INQUIRIES"!!!... only Schaferhunden, nagging me to find out the pedigree. I told him it didn't matter.. that the bitch had a missing premolar and was not being offered as a breeding bitch, but he persisted. I know of only one person who would obsess on a pedigree like that (if it was a DDR pedigree) and that would be John... Who has a similar (in my opinion) borderline illiterate writing style to Schaferhunden. John further told me in the past how much he detested the two Judy's and when John and I had our falling out, he congratulated me on my non-existant new partnership with Judy D. Huh? What is everyone smoking out there, that they have all these delusional fantasies?
So, where are these rumors coming from, that I am in some sort of business partnership with Judy D / Judy M? Good question! I am trying to connect the dots, here..
Why did I let Judy sell the pups and keep the money? Because the parents were HER investment. She deserved to get something for her investment.. Simple! I don't expect to get "something for nothing". I don't WANT to be like 90% of the dog people I have ran into, who are quick to take advantage, deceitful and ethically deficit, and who (despite protestations to the contrary) seem to be only in it for the money. I find myself in the position that I must take a vow of poverty, now, because if I offer even ONE good dog for sale, I am accused of selling puppies.
Business partnerships? LOL.. That's rich! That's what John had offered to do with me, by the way. I would no way breed a litter for the purposes to raise revenue for myself.. especially if I had to sell through anyone else, including / especially for John.. He offered me 50%. LOL If I DO breed a litter, it is a rare event, and I am not interested in the money. I refuse it. I would raise the litter just for the joy of it and anyone truly deserving could take 100% of the money (minus shipping / vet costs, which are substantial). So, if I can help a friend out or a respectable charity / non-profit, then fine. I'm all for it! I would have gladly done it for John (as a friend) when we were still on good terms, but he made the mistake of pissing me off, so he missed out on a very helpful friendship.

I noticed that you were jovial enough when you posted that NAIA had been allowed to proceed with an action in Florida.. the state where you live. You got that from the Florida Pet Law group I sent you a link for.. betcha! That's just allowing them to go forward with their case. It isn't won, yet. I hope they don't blow it. If I were you, John, I'd wise up and stop trying to use AR activist platforms (allegations of abuse directed at your perceived competitors), and get on the right team. It's not a joke, and you are terrified of it.. I know that from our past conversations. There's a certain saying about glass houses?

You swore that Judy D would never get the papers, when you found out I sold her. WRONG!!! Nice try, (allegedly) sending AKC those same allegations about pet abuse right after we went to war on that issue. It didn't work. And, you can't stand it when someone proves you wrong, right?
Normally, it is common courtesy to offer to return a dog to the breeder. That was my original intent. I held off and took care of this (IMO) very useless bitch, because you had too many dogs at the time. I got tired of waiting, and you were increasingly rude (probably stressed out), anyway.. So, in the end, Judy D. didn't even want her, because she just barked and ran in circles all day and I told her that.. big circles, little circles, constantly, and barking at any little thing.. a pain in the ass. I tried for a year to place her, and finally offered her back to you in desperation, but I guess you wanted a free dog and for me to pay the shipping, too.. THAT wasn't going to happen. I found someone (a trainer) who was willing to try with her and now she's gone, AKC papers and all. By the way, they agree with me so far.. useless and stupid. Not QUITE as bad as the steeplechasing lawnmower / firecracker spook you sold me.. the one that wasted little time eating the wood siding off my house!

I'm sorry if your dog breeding business plan isn't working out for you. I warned you. It's tough! Most REAL dog professionals are trainers, and they DON'T BREED!!! By the time you've gotten stuck with enough puppies from litters that didn't sell out, you'll wish you'd listened to me. I know exactly where this path leads to. I've been down it, before.

OMG!!!! I just got a phone call, and we're in hog heaven! Someone died with a freezer full of chickens and roasts and steaks, and the relatives are cleaning out the house. We get it all! We just have to carry it away! We'll be barbequeing for days, and the dogs will be eating good! Yum! It'll take us awhile to go through that much meat, but we'll be glad to try.
I suppose if it were up to PeTA, we should give it all a good burial and ceremony.. LOL
