I know nothing and can tell this is definitely a Long Coat.

I'm with Robin. I don't know enough about showline coats to say for sure, but I don't see the tufts and the feathering that usually start to come in that age in a true long coat. There is some feathering, but he has it all over, which makes me think I see a long stock coat. Not the same as a long coat.
