DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY OTHER SCHUTZHUND/POLICE K-9 MALES IN CANADA THAT WOULD BE CLASSIFIED EXTREMELY STRONG/CIVIL. WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN PREY-ONLY DRIVEN DOGS NOR FEAR-BITERS. GSDONLINE, Why aren't you looking for prey in the dog? For edication purposes... why are you looking for dogs with only civil drives?

BRITTANY: I BELIEVE IN OUR PROGRAM WE CAN BUILD STRONG, AGGRESSIVE PREY(IT MAY AT TIMES TAKE ALOT OF WORK). WE HAVE FOUND THAT MUCH MORE DIFFICULT, VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE, TO BUILD CIVIL AGGRESSION OR TRUE LOVE TO FIGHT/DOMINATE ETC. IF NOT INHERENT IN THE DOG. BASICALLY WE BELIEVE IF YOU HAVE A EXTREMELY CIVIL DOG THEN YOU CAN FOCUS ON PREY TRAINING FOR SPORT AND THE NATURAL DEFENSE/CIVIL NATURE OF THE DOG WILL ALWAYS BE THE "DROP-BACK".

contact the owner of Canto. There is someone in there club with a dog who is supposedly very aggressive. I don't know much about the dog besides an Olex son, just that they were trying to sell him a little while back. I to don't see your need of such extreme aggression. I had a dog who on the field was nothing more then about the sleeve, but extremely aggressive and posessive over it. Really a dog that I could say could absolutely be tested in ANY situation. But again you wouldn't think about coming in the yard with him there. and still the dog put me in the hospital a couple of times I think many strong dogs will only think of it as prey. But we all require different dogs i suppose. Good luck in your search, I am certain you will find what your looking for in the states if you can't find it in Canada.

GSD Online, I know of an american male who has serious civil drive and he is very strong. He was a police dog in germany. He was trained for street work and also started on drugs and bombs. He came over here when he was 3 yrs old and had a SchIII and FH put on him. When he received his SchIII the judge commented on how strong and aggressive this dog was. He is not a famous working dog with high scores. He did score well he just never competed at the National level. He is so strong and aggressive that not a lot of people can handle him. He has been sold twice and returned both times becauset the new owners could not handle him. you can email me if you want to know more, Shawn
