Please note that along with the separation of the original kennel affiliations, the advertising, the quick photo updates - the BSZS and BSP results are now up to date to 2005. The owner of the site is providing alot of information to the GSD community. Now, in return for this generousity, why not act like adults with integrity, quit playing with people's dogs, adding fake dogs with terrible photos and hip ratings, porn and off topic tirades. Thank you.

I completely agree with Kougar. It's great to see this fantastic site running and being updated again, let's not spoil it.

I agree with Kougar 100%, but that is not all that is needed. MORE IS REQUIRED TO KEEP THIS SITE UP. This all cost money, buying an ad every now and then, by as many people as possible, will aid in keeping the site up. I know we have FREE ads here, but we should not EXPECT the owner of this site to bear the brunt of the financial responsibility to keep this site up. No one owes us a free ride. So many people said they would pay to keep the site up. Now is the time to step up and do so. Now is the time to put your money where your mouth WAS. If we all buy an ad once or twice per year(whether we NEED to or not/whether we WANT to or not), we can be assured when we log on the site will be there for us.

SGBH is correct- the advertisement banners can be cost effective and help support the site. Also, those members who continually incite, assume, break copyright laws, go off on rants and personal vendettas using people's dogs as victims, with ridiculous comments having nothing pertintent to the discussions, threaten bodily harm etc etc need to be aware that such behavior threatens the future of the site. It is truly a shame that people cannot behave like adults. My advice is to ignore rude, bratty, ignorant, and unruly members - they will often lose their net priviledges from their host companies. Trolls often find a controversy and fuel it, as is done here so often, so it is better to not make assumptions. This website is a fantastic resource for the serious German Shepherdist. One cannot even begin to evaluate it in financial terms. It is incumbent upon those fortunate to gain access to it to ensure that they help maintain its propriety and integrity. The webmaster must be wracking his brains to find solutions to handle the irreverent and fallacious postings that miscreants find time to make. Perhaps it will be necessary soon enough to restrict certain areas under permit access only under a subscription as the SV does. I find this site trully invaluable.
