any body know about line breeding - Page 1

hey
is any body hlp to how the line breeding in gsd work.
because i want to improve gsd quility in india and specialy my kennel
how we close perticular dog in our dog in 3 generation dog in the pedigree.
spose i have arko vom butjenterlad son 2 generation flip arlet 3 gandhi arlet.
mother line 3rd generation esko vom denishonhof.
please help me how i close gandhi arlet or esko

Esko linenebreeding facts : general very nice anatomy, some progeny too big, around 50 % with loose of colour and pigment problem, but several with super colour and pigment, very good hips (especially HD), good health. In this line somtimes is existing problem with character( part of the population is not with strong nerves).
 
Ursus-Ghandi-Arko linebreeding facts : very good anatomy, corect size dogs, good pigment, dark eyes, dark masks. Especially many dogs with very good work ability !!!, good bones, but Arko-Ghandi line gives not to good Hips - HD Zuchtwert is high, statistical many moore causes of hip dysplasia then in Esko line. Here linebreeding gives moore risk of dysplastic dogs.  

You decide !!!

Linebreeding:
3-3 on Esko could be only few problems with colour, and pigment
3-3 on Ghandi could be moore problems, but chance for anatomy progress and very good work ability.

But if You want only to join female (esko line) and male Ursus line - no problem both bloodlines very good together. See progeny for example Quenn Loher Weg with Esko doughters. The result depend from quality used for breeding dogs

pigmentaion is very dark .
i need dark mask in the pup like bruno and arko vom butjentland.

I'd look at a Yello St Michealsberg daughter.  this is mother to one of my girls,  excellent, dark pigment.  very dark pigment in her mouth, super dark eyes.  http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/498065.html
this is her picture, taken while I was babysitting her/ helping her lose some baby weight, lol.. 
She has been bred to the Ursus line  and has had 2  exception litters.  I would have loved to have seen her bred to a Baru son or gr son,  but unfortunately her owner had to sell her,  now she is living at Von Tal Der Schatten kennels.
