help registering a don in database - Page 1

i am trying toregister a friends dog and encountering problems registering his dads mother.her name is Lona(cmku 2089994)it only brings up the first 50 dogs in the database and she is not on the list.i know she is in the database because i have seen her pedigree.the pedigree for the dog i am registering is now wrong because the pedigree has the wrong name for his dad (bart z pasova dvora)mother (allona...)how can i change this if its not one of the first 50 dogs brought up when registering bart.it says if not here registerhim and then hit refresh and register her but it did nothing,only enter the wrong dog for bart's dam

No reply to this poster, but I am having the exact same problem. The dog is IN the database, but when I try to register progeny, it does not recognize the dog as being listed. I have checked spelling, spaces, apostrophes, etc, closely, so that's not it. Help please! This is crazy-making!
