We had our first snow fall here in over a decade, and Abbie and the kids could not have been happier.  The boys first snow ever.  We were all out at 7:00 a.m.playing in the snow.  Was so good to see old Abbie Bark Bark running around and having fun with the boys!

oh should mention we live near Hilton Head SC which is the reason for all the excitement.  Funny to see palm trees with snow on them...lol

Ha ha, when I was in SC last year, an inch of snow PARALYZED Union, cracked me up.  There were abandoned cars all over the road.

She is doing pretty good.  She has had an odd renaissance of late.  For a while I did not think she would make it to the holidays but here she is!  She has bad days and good.  Old dog was rather stiff and sore after all the activity but I kept her comfy and she is doing alright.  Hard to know when it is "time" you know.  I figure as long as she can eat and do her business independently, is relativly free from pain, and keeps that twinkle in her all knowing eyes I will wait.    Gonna be lost without her when the time comes.
