 Hi all,

I found a minor problem where you had to have a comment to flag a post as abusive/offensive.   That is now fixed.

I also added the ability to flag posts in the breed specific forum.

Since I don't moderate posts and due to political infighting  nobody else on the board does moderation, this is the best way to let it be known that someone is misbehaving.

Regards
Oli

Thank you, Oli. This is much appreciated. While most of the people who frequent this forum come to learn about and discuss DOGS, particularly German Shepherds, there are some who continually disrespect the purpose and the Terms of Service.

Hey Oli,
when I hit submit comment,
could you fix it so I was redirected back to my comment instead of the first page of the thread ?

BTW,
is something wrong with the ads section, seems like a few people can't figure out how to use it.

And once again there have been comments about people messing with other peoples dogs pedigree pages.
Couldn't you and the original poster have a pass word to make edits ?

I love the General Topic message board,  It's a valuable asset to your site no matter what anyone says.

Finally,
I hope things are looking better in your country from a year ago.
Best wishes to you and yours,
Moons.

Oli,
Thank you for fixing that.  Thank you for providing this forum as well, it is a great resource.

Is there any way to add a moderator or moderators to the forum?  I'm sure many would volunteer, myself included.  I realize that there is a lot for you to maintain and monitor by yourself.  It is nice to keep the forum a friendly place to discuss dogs and canine related topics, not US politics.  It has been much better lately, but unfortunately some members need to be kept constantly in check or they run rampant.  The report abusive feature has been a huge enhancement.

Thanks again for the all the work you do.

Jim

Moons,
Hehe.   Judge Judy would be  a good choice.  I love Judge Judy, she cuts right through the BS and stays on task.  Tess would be a good choice also.

You are very amusing at times.

Oli:  Thanks very much for this board and for fixing the glitches.  In the past I was against moderation on this board, but I have changed my position.  I believe Jim (slamdunc) would be an excellent moderator, as would Bob-O who (if I recall correctly), also volunteered for the job a while back.  Either or both of them would be most helpful in keeping discussions on track, appropriate to this board,  and all  the trolls would be forced to stay under the bridge or behave.

Oli -- it would be much appreciated if you would not allow people to post under multiple User Names.
