I feed a raw diet, so I cant help you with kibble, BUT when you want to add weight using raw, you stay away from turkey/fish as its a leaner meat and doesnt put on the weight like beef.  I would think this would be the same with kibble??? I also know you want more meat than bone to add more protein, so maybe get a kibble with a high protein levels.  Hope this helps?

bulldogs,
your male is still growing, the growth is being directed in different places as they mature.
An active dog burns up a lot of calories, whatever your feeding make gradual adjustments in the amount but don't expect to see him fatten up so to speak while he's still growing bone.

You can always add a little more fat to his diet if you think he's too skinny.

Always check for parasites if you think there is a problem with his growth.

Is he a hardy eater or picky.

I don't feed raw but I ad meat along with many other things to keep mine healthy and strong.
I have a two year old male that is probably like yours, very active and still growing.
I can't put fat on him either.

Moons.
