Hi to all you professional hip lookers!

Female 2 years old, ofa is just about to grade them, they are still being processed, just can't wait....can't keep staring at them

Here's the same x-ray picture one in black & white & one as the original looks--Blue.

Hmmm, maybe fair? I'm trying to guess what OFA will grade...not necessarily what I really think of them. The femoral heads, IMO, could be a tad rounder, but I'm certainly no radiologist. Could you give us a pic we could enlarge?

Hello, What are those shadows on the side of pelvic brim? The hips show some amount of laxity,is this a female ,was she in season? These hips are fair in my opinion.

Better, thank you. I think I stand by my original guess.

If the female is not in season at  the time of these radiographs, she definitely has Fair hips,Not bad at all.I still cannot figure out the opacity on sides of pelvis???? was some one holding her pelvis?Actually that opacity is casting a shadow on the dorsal acetabular margin.

I would have to say borderline to mild (but again not a tech just going off of the fair I have seen on here and in person).

I would have not submitted those films knees need to rotated inwards. They may not pass it all depends on the the first guy that looks at them. From what i understand it is common for the second and third vet to agree with the first as to not step on the first guys toes.

Wow, B. Andersen,

Now why does that sound so logical, you may have something there.
Also, someone had mentioned in a previous thread, that if you send them in at the beginning of the
month you will have more luckThey arrived March 2nd... I have given up trying to guess, that's
why they are here for you to see
